Since reorganization of public higher education in 1980, the president's office of the Massachusetts College of Art has been the liaison for communications between the Board of Regents and college units including the trustees and all college departments. Series includes copies of all communications between the college and the Board of Regents in which the president is respondent or author, and a chronololgical file of cover sheets of all communications received from the regents, regardless of respondent.
